The room at Dunstone Country House was incredibly cozy and comfortable, with premium bedding and air conditioning that made me feel right at home. The large stable doors opening onto a private patio provided a lovely view of the pool, vineyard, and mountains. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring.
Personally, I found the private bathroom with a bath or shower a bit small, but hey, it did the job.

Stayed at this beautiful and peaceful hotel for a few nights. The Guava Cottage was fully equipped with a private pool and the surrounding vineyards were breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The afternoon tea and cake and the cozy fire were lovely surprises. It felt more like staying on a family farm than at a hotel.
Can just recommend this hotel.

We stayed in an idyllic one bed cottage with its own plunge pool and natural shaded area. The WiFi and large screen TV worked well, and the daily cleaning was very discreet. This place is located next to the Manor House and winery, and we were able to use the Manor House pool at our convenience. There were lots of wild animals to enjoy, including horses, pigs, and geese. The service here is extremely personal, with the owner even bringing lovely summer lunch salads to our cottage. It's obvious that she cares a lot about delivering a great guest experience.
This place is a great find! The location offers stunning views of the valley and mountains.

Nestled in the heart of a picturesque, serene Bovlei Valley, there lies a hidden gem estate. the Guava Cottage, located next to the winery and the Manor House, is the perfect place for those seeking a peaceful, private, and luxuriously comfortable stay. the enclosed walled garden with a private pool and Braai area offers a perfect spot for relaxation during the day and a cozy, warm atmosphere at night. Each of the bedrooms is nicely equipped with fully functional en-suites. the staff is amazing; nothing seems too much trouble, and the breakfast is delicious.
It is quite off the beaten track, and it may take considerable time and effort to arrive at this secluded gate.

The pool was a great size and perfect for a relaxing weekend away. The restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, and the breakfast was a real highlight. The staff were friendly and chatty, which made for a nice atmosphere.
The location was difficult to find and the dirt road leading up to the hotel was bumpy. There was also a lack of communication from the hotel, which made it hard to plan our stay.

The room at Dunstone Country House was absolutely amazing! The premium bedding and air conditioning made for a super comfortable stay. The free WiFi was a bonus, and having a safe in the room gave us peace of mind. We loved that our room had a private bathroom, and it was equipped with a bath or shower. It was so convenient! The satellite TV in our guest room was fantastic, especially for the kids. It kept them entertained during our downtime. The large stable doors opening onto a private patio gave our room a charming and cozy feel. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The view from our room was breathtaking! We could see the pool, vineyard, and Groenberg mountain. It was truly a treat for the eyes. The room had an amazing feature - it opened onto a private garden with sun beds and an umbrella. We enjoyed soaking up the sun and lounging in our own little paradise.
Personally, I would have preferred if the room had a different view. But I understand that others might still find enjoyment in it.
